Group swimming

Come join our group swim - Tuesdays will be a speed and drill focus and Sundays will be endurance and drill focus.

This is a great opportunity for newbies or experienced swimmers. Come get personal coaching and analysis to improve your swim - There is always something new to learn!

BIKE

SPIN Trek

Once a week Saskia is offering a spin class at the Loft above the Trek store.

This is a BYOB: Bring your own bike, trainers will be supplied. Come get your sweat on for this power 45min class!

SPIN WATERFRONT

Saskia also coaches three public spin classes a week at the beautiful Waterfront Fitness location. When weather is nice we get to take our spin bikes out to the patio! (Spin bikes only)

 

Registration goes directly through Waterfront website.

STRETCH

 

Athlete specific stretch program

This four week program will consist of gentle stretching, strengthening, mobility work and mindfulness designed specifically to compliment an athletic training regime.  Each week, we will target a different area of the body and you will learn techniques to address physical imbalances, increase range of motion and improve mobility which will help prevent injury, enhance recovery, body awareness, mental focus and overall performance. 

January 16 - Feet, ankles, legs

January 23 - Hips & pelvis

January 30 - Back & chest

February 6 - Shoulders, arms, wrists
