indoor spin program
Hi everyone, with everything happening right now I want to help ensure you are moving your body and maintaining fitness.
I will be offering a 4 week online spin program. We will be spinning Tuesdays 7am and Thursdays 5pm, starting April 14 and running to May 7. We will be doing a variety of drills focusing on speed, endurance, stamina and smiling. This program will be hosted on zoom - once you are registered, a zoom link will be sent to you.
