Level 1- Beginner tri clinic

This 8 week program is welcome to all newbies and those who are looking to complete their first Sprint triathlon. This small group training will give you plenty of one on one coaching and will give you a community of support as you learn new skills. 

(Minimum 8 - Maximum 12 participants)

What to expect: 

Learn how to swim, bike, run - learn proper technique and some fun local routes to ride & run. 

Guest coaching - meet coaches/leaders and make connections with the community. 

Education - learn how to change a flat tire, how to make a smooth transition area on race day & more.

Race ready - by the end of 8 weeks you will be ready to conquer your first ever sprint triathlon!

When & Where

March 18 - May 12, 2024

Swims: Mondays 7:30pm Esquimalt Pool 

Bike and Run will be Saturday and Sundays.

*Hours will vary for weekend training as the weeks go on with

longer training sessions. 

Week 1 & 2:

We will be doing Monday and Saturdays plus a spin class during the week. Details being finalized.
