This 8 week program is welcome to all newbies and those who are looking to complete their first Sprint triathlon. This small group training will give you plenty of one on one coaching and will give you a community of support as you learn new skills. ​

February 1 - April 5, 2020

(excluding: Feb 15, 16 & 17 and March 7 & 8)

Mondays 8:00-9:00pm 

*Saturdays 8:30-9:30am

*Sundays 8:30-10:00am

This 8 week program is geared towards those who are ready to tackle an Olympic distance triathlon. Take your training to the next level and pursue those longer distances while having fun along the way.
