Join us for 2 swims a week doing a variety of workouts to get you ready for the tri season.

Beginner swim clinic: 

Are you new to swimming? Not a fan of the deep end? Want to learn the basics of swimming freestyle? This clinic is for you! 

We will be working on swimming 101 basics, getting you more comfortable in the water and getting you swimming lengths in no time! 

Maximum 10 athletes, which will give you a lot of personalized coaching tips.

Intermediate swim clinic: 

 

Are you an Ironman but have never really liked the swim part and feel you aren't improving your swim time? Or you have been swimming for a while and feel you have plateaued?  This clinic is for you! 

This clinic will be focused on fine-tuning your swim. Tweaking and making small adjustments to make a bigger impact on your swim. 

Maximum 10 athletes, which will give you a lot of personalized coaching tips.

Grateful for a safe spin option that will keep us moving! Workouts are a mix of speed and endurance. Classes are open to all levels.  Let's get our sweat on!

Yoga in Nature

ATHLETE STRETCH

WITH HAILEY O'HARA

This four-week program will consist of gentle stretching, strengthening, mobility work designed specifically to compliment an athletic training regime.  Each week, we will target a different area of the body and you will learn techniques to address physical imbalances, increase range of motion and improve mobility which will help prevent injury, enhance recovery, body awareness, mental focus, and overall performance. 

 

Week 1 - Feet, ankles, and legs

Week 2 - Hips and Pelvis

Week 3 - Chest and Shoulders

Week 4 - Back

About Hailey O'Hara: 

Hailey's interest lies in sharing the practice of yoga in a way that is relevant and accessible. Through a decade of teaching and her own direct experience, she has witnessed the healing capacity of this practice and its ability to intelligently unravel holding patterns in the body and mind. Hailey believes the living tradition of yoga offers a roadmap to navigate our conditioned responses and behaviours and a tool to become the best version of ourselves. 

 

Targeting both body and mind, yoga perfectly compliments a vigorous athlete training regime. Regular practice has been shown to contribute to improvements in strength, mobility, balance, stress reduction and mental focus, translating to injury prevention and enhanced performance in sport and life.

These videos will be accessible from April 5 until May 31. This will give you time to complete the videos and even circle back to do again.
